YOUR MAKE UP GUIDE FOR THE HOLIDAYS

In order to create the perfect look by putting together all the right pieces, it is important to consider one more aspect before you’re ready to go out. Make up is all about highlighting our natural beauty to project our deepest essence and complementing the outfit that you have already chosen. You don’t need too many things to look stunning, all you have to know is what are the more flattering shades according to your face and skin tone. The main thing in wearing make-up is Eyes; usually it’s the focal point when we’re trying to get our beauty work done, since it requires more expertise to make a real difference between average and exceptional. Important: you need to be sure about the shapes that best suit you and use correct items of application for a better appearance and long lasting look no matter what the trend is.

Talking about the trends, this season’s make-up will be strong in every way: from well-groomed brows and glittery eyes to wine lips. Last seasons were all about glowy skin, however this year the matte effect is back, you just have to choose the right foundation (remember it has to disappear onto your skin lightly covering up any redness or unevenness) and highlight your cheekbones with 2 shades darker than your skin tone. Regarding to the eyes, the classic smoky eye has been reinvented with bold monochromatic hues in creamy textures. The cat eye is another trend that has been “in” this year and now is taking the center stage; to accomplish this look all you need is a bent liner brush and a gel liner of your choice (and lots of practice)! The lips also claim for attention this season with dramatic shades of the wine color to make you look edgy in the most tastefully way.
